Terms of Service

1. The service

Buykori AdSync provides software for WooCommerce server-side tracking, order and courier operations, analytics and connected advertising workflows. Features may change, be limited by plan or depend on a third-party provider.

The public website contains product information and may include illustrative previews. A preview, estimate or recommendation is not a promise of a particular result.

2. Accounts and authorization

• Provide accurate account and business information and keep it current.
• Protect passwords, verification codes, API keys and connected-provider access.
• Use only stores, ad accounts, pages and data that you own or are authorized to manage.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a compromised credential.

You are responsible for actions taken through your workspace and for ensuring that your team members have the right permissions. We may suspend access to protect the service, users or a provider relationship.

3. Store and third-party integrations

You authorize Buykori to process and transmit the store, order, event and integration data needed for the features you enable. You remain responsible for notices, permissions and lawful collection of data from your customers.

Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics, WooCommerce, courier providers and other connected services have their own terms, policies, limits and availability. We are not responsible for a provider rejecting a request, changing an API, suspending an account or changing reported performance.

You can disconnect an integration at any time. Disconnecting stops future use of the connection and removes or blocks usable provider credentials according to our Privacy Policy; it does not automatically pause or delete campaigns already present at an external provider.

4. AI Ads and advertising spend

AI Ads can analyze information you provide and prepare recommendations, copy or proposals. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by an authorized person.

Provider actions require the account to be connected, the relevant policy and safety checks to pass, an exact proposal and the required approval. Unless an approved workflow says otherwise, new campaigns, ad sets and ads start paused or disabled.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to break the law, violate a platform policy, impersonate another person, upload malware, send unlawful or deceptive advertising, interfere with the service, probe another tenant or bypass a security, policy or spending control.

We may refuse or block an action that is unsupported, unsafe, unauthorized, unavailable from a provider or outside the connected account scope.

6. Content, data and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content, product information, creative and data that you submit. You grant Buykori the limited rights needed to host, analyze, transmit and display that content to provide the service.

Buykori and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design, documentation and trademarks. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. Feedback may be used to improve the service without identifying you publicly.

7. Plans, fees and availability

Paid plans, limits, taxes, renewal terms and cancellation rules are shown at checkout or in your account. You authorize the selected payment method for valid charges. A plan may be paused or limited when payment fails, a quota is exceeded or an account is suspended.

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, incidents, provider outages, network failures and events outside our reasonable control may interrupt it.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, security risk, legal requirement or a material breach of these terms. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability and data retention, will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law. We disclaim implied warranties that cannot legally be excluded, including uninterrupted availability or a particular business result.

To the extent allowed by law, Buykori will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, provider action or advertising spend caused by your instructions, account configuration or a third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
