1. Disconnect a Meta account

1. Sign in to your Buykori workspace and open the connected advertising accounts area.
2. Select the Meta connection and choose Disconnect. Confirm the request when prompted.
3. For additional control, open Facebook or Meta Business Settings, find Buykori AdSync under Business Integrations or Apps and Websites, and remove its access.

Disconnecting stops future use of the connection, deactivates linked account access and removes or blocks usable local provider credentials. Disconnecting Buykori does not automatically pause, delete or change campaigns that already exist in Meta Ads Manager.

2. Request deletion from Buykori

Send an email to support@buykori.app with the subject Data deletion request. Include:

• The email address used for the Buykori account.
• The business or store domain connected to the workspace.
• The provider name, such as Meta, if the request concerns a connected account.
• A short description of what you want deleted.

Do not include passwords, access tokens, recovery codes or other secrets in the email. We may ask for reasonable proof that you control the account before processing the request.

3. What happens next

1. We confirm the request and verify the requester.
2. We disconnect and revoke the relevant provider connection where supported, and make stored credentials unusable.
3. We delete or de-identify personal and workspace data that is not needed for a permitted retention purpose.
4. We reply when the request is complete or explain which limited records must be retained.

We aim to complete a verified deletion request within 30 days. Some billing, security, fraud-prevention, legal or append-only audit records may be retained for the period required for those purposes and then securely deleted or de-identified.

4. Data held by other providers

Deleting data from Buykori does not delete data already held by Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics, WooCommerce, a courier provider or another service you connected. Use that provider's privacy or account controls as well, and remove Buykori from its Business Integrations or Apps settings where applicable.
